Our Snakes and Skulls kickstarters is in the process of early delivery. As of 17 July, all non-painted physical rewards are shipped, with the exception of 6 rewardees who are working through admin issues. The painted rewards are on track for early delivery as well, with the last wave in progress as of this writing. We are working with those rewardees who selected design a character and loving the ideas we are helping them bring to life. We are very thankful to the team that helped us make this happen. The original estimated delivery date for Snakes and Skulls was December and we will beat that by a country mile!

Everything is better than on track. So, what we are going to do with that is deliver early. Very early.
As many of you know, we ran two kickstarter campaigns over the past year: Thrakansor, Dragon of Fire and Snakes and Skulls, which produced the Shakrim Wavestalkers faction and stretched to two models from the Kandoran Deathmasters. The base target for delivery for Thrakansor is August and for S+S: December. Our plan: have all the non-painted rewards for both out the door by the middle of July.
This is a very complicated task. Many rewardees pledged to both campaigns and so we can ship both together to those folks. And as usual, some rewardees have add-ons, early bird perks, painted models, etc.
In order to best ensure we make our new goal of at least a one-month early delivery of Thrakansor and at least a five month early delivery of Snakes and Skulls, we have begun test shipping different ‘classes’ of rewards to make sure we have packaging, shipping and tracking right. This means some of you will get your rewards for either or both even earlier. Who we started with is based on a number of factors: complexity of the shipment, type of shipment, location of the rewardee, etc. So rather than all shipments going out the door on the exact same day (and who does that anyway…lol), people will begin to have their rewards shipped for these two kickstarters from now until mid-July.
That all leads to the following request. If the stars align and you are a backer lucky enough to be one whose shipment goes out way early, please enjoy your good fortune, but do not overdo it on social media. You are obviously free to enjoy your models and other goodies to the max, just recognize that entirely due to various parameters of packaging, timing and shipping, others will not be enjoying their rewards at the same time you are.
For those who, entirely through no fault of their own, end up in the main part of the shipping queue next month, please understand that we are only doing this to make sure we can hit our goal of giving everyone their rewards as early as we possibly can. Also note that all Thrakansor rewards will ship before any Snakes and Skulls-only reward ships.
For those of you who backed these models for use in our Freeblades game, please also note that these models are in playtest and will be until 1 August for Thrakansor and the Shakrim and 29 August for the Kandorans. Freebladers! Here’s some cool news. We will now be shipping the Shakrim Wavestalkers kickstarter rewards IN JULY! That’s right, FIVE MONTHS EARLY for the Shakrim.
Please note, if you backed both this and our Thrakansor kickstarter, they will be shipped to you together. IN JULY!

As of today, 80% of you have completed your surveys through backerkit. If you have not received yours, be sure to check both your spam folder and any promotions folder (as gmail has). If you still can't find your survey, please let us know.
We are working very hard on early delivery. We know we will beat December, but we want to beat it by a lot. Stay tuned, more to follow on that!

By now, you should have received your Snakes and Skulls survey from Backerkit. If you have not, be sure to check spam, and 'all mail' if you are a gmail user (some mail services store the mail like it is a promotion).
